There are some things to eliminate from the diet including gluten, dairy, alcohol and sugar.   The supplements include a protein powder, fiber, detoxifying tea, a detox drink and other optional products.
Over the course of four weeks I will teach you how to decrease your exposure to toxic foods, simplify your transition to healthy eating and show you how to create fabulous, cleanse-friendly food that is satisfying and tastes great. And for those of you with a busy lifestyle, I will provide you with healthy supplement options that don’t require you to prepare three whole food meals each day.

If you live in Orange County and would like to receive a more in-depth education on the cleanse program this is the class for you.  Starting on the first Wednesday of each month, a 4 week series of classes is taught on the science behind the diet and how to best maximize your results on the 28 day program.   Weekly weigh ins help you track your progress and make sure your body is reacting properly to the program.  The key to truly making lifestyle changes is education and this in-depth, personal experience is amazingly successful at helping you achieve that.
