Kendra says-
“Since getting more involved in the nutrition side of health and fitness I have had the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of my clients. I have trained dozens of clients for thousands of hours in the gym but got frustrated with limited results. It wasn’t until I started coaching people on how nutrition correlates to countless reactions and symptoms in the body that I truly feel I can make a difference in people’s health and well being.”
Kendra Cannoy, a personal trainer since 2001, is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association. Other certifications include: Specialist in Performance Nutrition, Fitness Therapy, ”Re-Gen” Trigger Point Therapy
She also holds a business degree from the University of San Francisco, and has danced for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. In addition to being a personal trainer, she is also an actress and professional dancer in the Television/Film industry.
Kendra’s focus is on her latest business venture as an instructor for the 28 Days To Health™ weight loss and cleanse program. She provides nutrition education by bringing clients through a program that utilizes whole food supplements to help clients achieve a better quality of life.
Kendra is currently on a work and travel adventure bringing the nutrition program to cities including Seattle WA, San Francisco CA, Auburn CA, New York NY and Hawaii.
